Yoga asanas for dengue patients

Dengue menace each year affects a vast amount of population and in that process also gets failed in tackling the situation. It is the condition of the body when the immune system gets weak, and the body becomes prone to foreign particle infection. When fever captures the human body, the general symptoms considered are the elevated body temperature, body pain, headache, sore throat, and runny nose. But not every fever is considered to be Dengue.

So neither all fever will indicate Dengue nor will every case of low platelet count result into Dengue. The symptoms of dengue fever are noticed with the decrease in platelet count along with the increase in internal bleeding. It is then followed by the high temperature, body ache, shivering, and weakness and in some cases, nausea and vomiting. In that context, yoga represents some effective processes by which Dengue can be dealt with naturally.

Dengue is a very well known viral infection which is caused due to a mosquito bite. For that reason, this disease is considered to be a mosquito-borne disease, and the virus that has been producing this disease is the causative agent of other illnesses such as West Nile Infection and Yellow Fever. The bite of an Aedes mosquito can be one of the causes of dengue, which helps in spreading of dengue virus in the blood.

By that manner, it spreads the disease from one person to another. With the bite of the mosquito, the onset of the disease takes the period of 4 to 6 days, and after that, it lasts for a maximum of 10 days, but in the severe condition, it will get pursued to a long duration which may result in the fatal disease. By that manner, the patient feels sudden fever as well as a headache. It also results in pain behind the eyes, along with severe muscle pain and pain in the joints.
The most commonly seen symptoms are fatigue, vomiting, and nausea. In addition to that, the essential specification to know regarding the onset of dengue is the skin rash along with mild gum bleeding. Sometimes dengue results in progressive massive internal bleeding.
