Some important points to remember before joining the course
GENERAL RULES AND GUIDELINES
No physical contact is permitted among students, teachers, staff, and working and non-working staff while on campus.
For safety reasons, our campus is well-fitted with security cameras.
Treat everything on the campus as your own. You will be charged accordingly for any harm to the equipment or room.
Avoid playing loud music or whistling on the AYM campus premises.
Smoking, Drugs, Alcohol, Tobacco, and non-vegetarian foods are strictly prohibited.
Keep restrooms neat after use. Do not flush toilet paper, tissues, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Please dispose of toiletry waste in the bin.
Visitors are allowed only between 09:00 am and 07:00 pm. No visitors are allowed in the room.
When leaving the room for classes or going out, turn off lights, A/C, fans, and other electric items.
We are not responsible for any mishaps involving students’ and visitors’ personal belongings.
REGISTRATION
If our guidelines and rules are breached, we reserve the right to cancel any student’s registration for Yoga Teacher Training, workshops, classes, or retreats.
In the event of a discrepancy, the final decision rests with the Director.
We cannot guarantee your Teacher Training Course registration until the advance payment is made.
If the participant has not paid the booking fee and the course fee has been updated, the latest fee will apply.
CANCELLATION
AYM Yoga School takes no responsibility for cancellations or revocations, uncertainties, changes, or losses caused by natural disasters, acts of God, accidents, war, airport closures, civil strife, or other events beyond our control. This includes illnesses, injuries, and psychiatric or medical conditions of students developed during or after the course.
AYM Yoga School has a strict NO REFUND policy for students who withdraw from the Yoga Teacher Training/Retreat program before the training commences. However, students can transfer their fees towards any future date within one year of the original registration date.
If we cancel a training, workshop, or retreat, we will refund the full payment, or you can choose an alternative training/retreat. Refunds do not include cancellation of the training due to external circumstances, such as conflicts between countries, a ban on travel by a specific government, etc.
The student is free to leave the course at any time, and there will be no refund in this eventuality.
FEE CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE
At AYM Yoga school, we understand and respect individual financial situations, and we may offer personalised discounts based on your budget and circumstances. These fees are offered as a gesture of goodwill and support. However, we kindly request that you do not disclose your discounted fee to others. Sharing this information may lead to misunderstandings and affect the integrity of our pricing structure. If any such disclosure is found, the student may be liable to pay the full standard course fee.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS USAGE
Pictures may be taken during training, workshops, retreats, or classes and used in any marketing or promotional capacity, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, AYM’s website, etc. Students consent to these terms and give full permission to release this information.
Our presence is on Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business page, etc. Therefore, many students volunteer for shoots or other roles. It is optional for students/participants who do not wish to be part of the shoot or to be photographed. They can inform the course coordinators accordingly.
We retain no liability for the use of videos or photographs taken by students, teachers, or other participants.
During the course, images and tapes taken by students are supposed to be for personal use and learning only. Sharing this data with third parties is strictly prohibited.
MODIFICATION – PROGRAM AND TEACHERS
AYM reserves the right to alter the program or curriculum and staff from a pool of qualified teachers, depending upon availability, per training.

⦿ Important Notice: Your admission will be terminated if you do not join the course within a year of paying the fees. There will be no adjustments or refunds once the registration is terminated.
