Additionally, Vinyasa is a dynamic flow characterized by sequences and postures seamlessly incorporating your breath, commonly known as flow Yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is taught in many schools around Arambol Goa, but at AYM Yoga school, you will be taught by experienced teachers.

Each posture in Vinyasa Yoga TTC in Goa is in sync with your breath. However, a contemporary Yoga Vinyasa Flow differs much from any Hatha and Bikram yoga. This Vinyasa Yoga TTC in Goa is based on Vinyasa Flow, but we will also familiarize you with Ashtanga Yoga and its eight limbs. A yogi will learn what it means to have a daily practice (asana, meditation, pranayama) and how to live with a consciousness of protecting the environment and all sentient beings.

You will engage in the religious study and practice of yoga over the vinyasa. Throughout your training, you will integrate yogic philosophical principles, from recognizing the self as divine to living with the cycles of life to experiencing the solar and lunar aspects of the subtle body, with embodied practices of yoga such as asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, other contemplative arts, and dinacharya (daily rituals) from ayurveda.

Your study and practice will be supplemented with experiential anatomy training through hands-on adjustments; teaching laboratories to hone the art of guiding a Prana Vinyasa(R) class; a Life Activation healing session; and a Vedic astrology reading. With dedicated effort, you will embody excellent resiliency during periods of change; be more attuned to your inner state; develop wellness inside and out; and connect to your inner truths and dharma (life path).


All Levels: A mixed-level class that joins the breath with movement. Students will be met at whatever level they are at but will be encouraged to move, breathe and deepen their practice.

Restorative – Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks allows the body to settle and the muscles to relax and open gently. Incorporating meditation, this class allows the body and mind to restore, recharge and rebalance.

In our Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, we pass on our knowledge, experiences and techniques from Vinyasa Yoga to you – so you can set out on your yoga path.

Our teacher training consists of two modules, each with 100 hours of training, which are offered alternately.

We are explicitly preparing our trainees for teaching with the ‘Teaching Yoga’ module. In addition to the philosophical and ethical foundations of yoga, we dedicate ourselves to the holistic view of the body, yoga postures and sequences, and the development of the teacher’s personality.

The following module, ‘Living Yoga’, is aimed at practising yogis who want to enter into a deeper relationship with yoga and themselves. The focus of this part of the training is on self-awareness, self-knowledge and the introduction to an independent, regular yoga practice.
