Yogi Chetan Mahesh


Yogi Chetan Mahesh ji born in a Vedic family, a family in which all the members used to chant Vedic mantras and practice yoga daily. In childhood he was greatly influence by his father and brother who taught yoga to him in begining and later he learned yoga asana with Yogi Balmukund ji, pranayama with Swami Vijayanada ji , philosophy from from swami sivananda ji maharaj, Swami Dayananda ji and Osho ji; and samadhi with swami Chinmayananda ji and Piolet Baba ji. In the year 1984 he became the champion of yoga sports in Haryana Province while studying in the school.


Yogini Manisha

Ashtanga Teacher

Yogini Manisha has been serving AYM organization through her teaching and in the design and development since 2010. She has been teaching, studying and brought-up in world capital of yoga- Rishikesh. Her educational background includes diploma in yoga, graduation degree in arts and study with many known teachers including K. Pattabhi Jois of the Astanga Vinyasa tradition, Iyenger Yoga from Yogi Chetan Mahesh and Yogini Usha Devi.


Dr. Sumit Sharma


Dr. Sumit Sharma is expert in the field of Physiotherapy. His passion in life is to uncover the applications of medical mysteries exist in the practice of Yoga and Vedic Rituals. Sumit is native of Rishikesh, since his childhood he has been inclined towards the practice of Spirituality. His nature of serving the society motivated him to pursue the noble profession. He realized that his area of interest is orthopaedic.

He studied in a medical university and secured masters in physical therapy. To make his therapies effective, he started reconciling the techniques of Pilates, yoga and other established sciences; and since than there has been no looking back.


Dr. Gaurav


Dr. Gaurav Agrawal was born in world capital of yoga, “Rishikesh” and is a scholar who academically completed Ph.D in clinical psychology and studied the philosophy of Patanjali Yogasutras. He has been teaching yoga philosophy for the last 5 years in different yoga schools in Rishikesh. According to his students, he is very soft spoken, kind, attentive and eager to answers queries in the class. He is one the best philosophy teacher in Rishikesh, who makes philosophy lectures simple and interesting to understand. He usually picks up simple stories to make his lectures interesting and easily communicable.
He believes modern psychology at the pinnacle of its development will be Yoga. The yogic path is a perfect lifestyle for him.
