We have a lot to offer for BEGINNERS to ADVANCED Yogis. For the experienced yogi, our teachers bring depth to the practice through a commitment to the breath, the discipline of focus and hard work, an opportunity to experience the subtleties of a pose and the practice, and support you in advancing your practice through greater self-awareness.

For the beginner, our staff will happily walk you through the process of getting on a yoga mat for the first time. Our teachers are compassionate, expert guides and will support you through an accessible and, depending on the class, challenging yoga experience. Our aim is simple… each student feels calmer, more assertive, lighter, and happier after class than when they walked in.
